  • The Givenchy.com website allows you to check the availability of our items in a selection of stores.

     

    By browsing through our product categories, you will have the option of using the “Search by Store” option.

     

    Select the store of your choice and discover the selection available at this location. By selecting a store that is not in the country of your location, you will be redirected to the Homepage of the relevant country. You will then be able to renew your search within the desired product category.

     

    When you are on an item page, you also have the option of checking the availability of the item by clicking on the “Find in Store” button. You must first select the color and size of your item.

     

    Please note that our store inventory changes frequently. The availability of an item therefore cannot be guaranteed. Please contact the store to ensure that this item is still available.

     

    The Givenchy.com website provides the option of making an appointment directly by email or phone to discover or try on the consulted item. Any request for an appointment made on the website will be confirmed by the store, either by return email or by telephone. Similarly, no product reservation can be made without prior confirmation from the store. On the other hand, we encourage you to add to your wish list the products you would like to try in order to facilitate the preparation of your in-store appointment with our consultant.

  • Givenchy items are only delivered to the United Kingdom, with the exception of the Channel Islands and overseas territories.
     
    Givenchy does not deliver orders to business addresses, P.O. boxes, hotels or university campuses. Orders to any of these destinations will not be processed. Delivery of items will take place upon full payment of the items ordered. Orders made from the website of a country different to that of the delivery address will not be processed.

    Based on product availability and your location, GIVENCHY offers varying delivery services:
     

    Express Delivery before 6pm:

    Delivery from Monday through Friday by 6:00 pm for any order placed online or by phone. This service is not available on holidays.
    The expected delivery time is 2 business days after placing the order.
    This delivery service is offered free of charge by GIVENCHY.
     

    Express Delivery before12am:

    Delivery from Monday through Friday by 12:00 am for any order placed online or by phone. This service is not available on holidays.
    The expected delivery time is 2 business days after placing the order.
    Shipping fees: 10 GBP.
     

    Express Saturday delivery:

    Saturday delivery for any order placed online or by phone on friday before 1pm.
    This service is not available on holidays.
    Shipping fees: 20 GBP.
     

    Premium Delivery:

    Same-day delivery between 2:00pm and 10:00 pm, Monday through Saturday, in London (subject to postal code eligibility for this service) for any order placed before 3:00 pm Monday through Saturday. This service is not available on holidays.
    Shipping fees: 20 GBP.
     

    Click & Collect:

    Delivery from Monday through Friday at the New Bond Street GIVENCHY store for any order placed online or by phone.
     
    Based on your product, we offer two times for in-store pickup:
    − Either same-day in-store pickup
    − Or within 2 business days
    You will receive an email notification as soon as your order becomes available in store.
    Present this email, your order receipt, the original copy of your valid ID with photo in store.
     
    If you designated a third person upon placing the order, he/she must provide his/her own valid ID with photo ,email indicating availability.
    You have a maximum of 10 calendar days from the email indicating availability to pick up the order or have the order picked up. After this time, from the notification, the sale will automatically be canceled and you will be reifunded the price of your order.
  • All our products are delivered in GIVENCHY wrapping. Upon confirmation of your order, you will have the option to request gift wrapping; this service is offered free of charge.

     

    Personalized message

    We offer the option to include a personalized message when sending a gift order.

    Please note that GIVENCHY reserves the right to withhold or refuse the acceptance of a product order accompanied by messages containing statements contrary to the law or morality.

     

    Receipt and Price

    The receipt (in PDF format) of your order on Givenchy.com will be sent electronically to your email address. This receipt, which we advise you to print and keep, will also be available by logging in to your Customer Account.

    The price will be removed from the label of the products you ordered and the receipt will not be attached to your order at the time of shipment. You may receive a paper version of your receipt upon request from Customer Service. This request, accompanied by your proof of identity, must be sent within 12 months from the issue of the receipt received by email.

  • Givenchy will inform you by email of the progress of your order.
    You can also track the progress of your order in the “My Orders” section of your online Customer Account at Givenchy.com or by contacting our Customer Service Department from Monday through Saturday, 10:00 am to 7:00 pm (Paris time), to respond to your questions in English or French at 00 800 0000 1952.
  • Returns and Exchange Policy

     

    You have the option to return, free of charge, any product ordered within 30 days of its date of receipt. GIVENCHY offers two types of returns: online or in one of our stores.

     

    The product must be returned in perfect condition, unworn, in its entirety (boxes, accessories, covers, labels, booklets, etc.) and in its original packaging, accompanied by a copy of the receipt. We recommend you take all necessary precautions to ensure its protection. Any damaged, used, incomplete or soiled product will not be eligible for a refund.

     

    GIVENCHY does not offer exchanges.

     

    Please follow the returns procedures below in order to return your products to us free of charge.

     

    Returns procedures

    Terms and fees of return are provided by GIVENCHY.

     

    Declare your return Online:

    1. Go to the “Sign in” section of the Givenchy.com website.

    2. Sign in using your “Member” ID and password or the “Verify the order” fields.

    3. Once you're signed in, go to your order and click on “Request return.”

    4. Select the product(s) to be returned and indicate the reason for return.

    5. Confirm/Create your request for a return. You will receive a confirmation email with your return number.

     

    Return your items with UPS or in store:

    1. Place the items you wish to return as well as your delivery receipt inside the box in which you received your order.

    2. Once your package is prepared, you can schedule a pickup with our dedicated carrier UPS or bring back your Items in a selection of Givenchy stores.

     

    To return your package with UPS:

    Place the pre-printed return label provided with your order on the outside of the package.

    Contact the carrier at 442079490190 or schedule an appointment for pick up directly online: www.UPS.com on the section “shipping”, “schedule a collection”.
     

    To return your package in Store:

    Drop it off at your convenience in our New Bond Street Givenchy Store.

    At the store, present your ID. If you designated a third person to make a return, he/she must provide his/her own ID.

    After a preliminary check of the product returned in store, a store consultant will provide you with a document acknowledging the return of your item(s). Keep this document until you receive an email confirming your refund.

     

    When you return a product to a Givenchy store, please note that the refund will not be made on site.

    Cost of returns

    You have the option to return, free of charge, products ordered within 30 days from their date of delivery.

     

    Refunds

    Terms of refund

     

    In case of return, the refund will take place within 72 hours of receipt of the product(s) at the warehouse. However, the maximum period for refund is 14 days after receipt

     

    Refunds are possible only for Online orders.

     

    A confirmation email will be sent to you. The refund will then be made according to the same payment method and in the same currency as that used by the customer upon payment of his/her order.

     

    Mode of refund: Refunds will be made via the credit card used for payment. For security reasons, we are not authorized to carry out the refund to another account or via a credit card other than that used for payment of the order.


     

  • GIVENCHY accepts the following payment methods for online purchases: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal, Apple Pay. An authorization application will be sent to your bank. Please note that your billing address must be identical to the one listed on your credit card statement. At present, we do not accept gift cards.
  • All transactions made on the Givenchy.com site are highly secure. An SSL encryption system is in place to protect personal and payment data.
    Givenchy agrees to not store your credit card details.
    In addition, we enforce the security of payments through the secure 3D system for Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards thus equipped. An additional step takes place upon payment, verifying the cardholder's identity and confirming the transaction. Each bank has its own authentication. For any questions regarding your 3D Secure code, please contact your bank directly.
    Our Customer Service may also conduct verifications and contact you before approving the transaction and confirming the order to collect more information in order to fight against fraud and guarantee your protection.

  • Ready-to-wear

    The properties of certain materials and/or certain product finishes (wrinkled, lustre, etc.) are not designed to be permanent. Repeated washes will alter the clothes’ appearance over time. This is completely normal and gives the article of clothing its appeal and very special character.

    Please be aware of the risk of color transfer in personal items of clothing due to fabric dye from our products. Please read the following instructions carefully:

     

    Printed fabrics

    The printing on these fabrics are applied using traditional methods. Slight variations may arise – the visual variations between printed fabric designs are a natural result of this manufacturing process.

    * Avoid over-exposure to direct sunlight, artificial light or sources of high heat concentration.

     

    Leather items

    Leather is a natural material that needs to be handled with care. Different leathers will require care that is specifically tailored to their leather type.

    * Try not to let your leather items rub against other objects as this may lead to color transfer

    * Ensure your leather items are kept in a dry environment when not in use

    * Avoid over-exposure to direct sunlight, artificial light or sources of high heat concentration

     

    Embroidered and/or sequined items

    Embroidered details are created using traditional techniques, even though these deatils give products more character they tend to be very fragile.These items therefore need to be treated with care.

    * Avoid allowing other objects to come in contact with your product in any way that could cause visible damage
    * Avoid over-exposing your embroidered or sequined items to direct sunlight, artificial light or sources of high heat concentration.

     

    Denim items

    Denim items undergo specific treatments and washes which give them their unique, timeless character. Visual variations between denim items occur naturally as a result of these processes.

    These traditional treatments and processes may result in color transfer on the fabric’s surface. With washing, the effects of this transfer will slowly disappear.

    * Keep your denim items away from other light-colored fabrics, furniture, and articles of clothing
    * Avoid over-exposing your denim items to direct sunlight, artificial light or sources of high heat concentration

     

    Furs

    Fur is a very special product which requires very specific treatment in order to retain its natural beauty

     

    Bags

    In order to maintain the integrity of your handbag, we advise the following precautions:

    * Ensure your leather goods are kept in a dry environment when not in use
    * Avoid over-exposure to direct sunlight, artificial light or sources of heat
    * Keep leather goods away from water, oils, perfumes and cosmetics
    * Ensure that you store your leather goods in a cool, dry place inside the protective felt pouch designed for this purpose
    * Try not to let your leather goods rub against other objects as this may lead to colour migration.


    Leather items

    * Leather is a natural material that needs to be handled with care, different leathers will require care that is specifically tailored to their particular leather type

    * Exotic leathers are very delicate materials requiring a particularly high level of careful attention.

    * Patent leather should not be kept in close proximity to other leather objects for extended periods of time, in order to prevent color transfer 

    * Vegetable-tanned leather is leather which is tanned using tannings found in vegetable matter. This leather is a delicate material which will develop a patina over time

    * Ponyskin’ leather (actually made from calfskin) undergoes a special tanning process which does not remove the hair from the leather. To maintain the integrity of this product, try to ensure it does not rub against other objects

     

    Coated canvas

    * Man-made fabrics should be cleaned carefully using a soft, clean, slightly damp cloth

    * Please be aware that lighter-colored materials are more prone to stains and soiling

     

    Metal fittings

    * The metal fittings of your leather goods are of excellent quality and will develop a patina over time

     

    Jewelry

    Each piece of GIVENCHY jewelry has been crafted using traditional techniques and the very finest materials,chosen to guarantee optimal customer satisfaction. The use of traditional techniques means that no two pieces of jewlery are exactly alike, which is exactly what generates their appeal and lends them their unique character.

    In order to maintain the integrity of your jewelry, we advise you to take the following precautions:

    * Handle your jewelry with care
    * Keep your jewelry in its protective pouch
    * Keep your jewelry away from chemical products (hairsprays/nail polishes, perfumes, creams, household cleaning    products, insect repellents etc), as the use of these products may lead to the premature deterioration of metal, beads and certain gemstones
    * Ensure your jewelry is kept in a dry environment when not in use and keep away from sources of heat

     

    Gemstones and minerals
    We recommend you follow the instructions already set out in this care guide in order to ensure the minerals, stones and crystals remain in their original state and retain their natural beauty.

     

    Vegetable-tanned leather

    This leather is tanned using tannings found in vegetable matter. It is a delicate material and its color may be subject to slight variations over time. Avoid wearing this piece of jewelry with light-colored clothes.

     

    Perspex

    Clean using a soft, dry cloth. Keep away from water and any kind of chemical product.

     

    Real wood

    This piece of jewelry is made from untreated wood, meaning it can be affected by changes in atmospheric humidity or major variations in weather conditions. Extra precautions should be taken when storing jewelry. 

     

    Shoes
