Return and Exchange Policy
You have the option to return, free of charge, any product ordered within 30 days of its date of receipt. GIVENCHY offers two types of returns: online or in one of our stores.
The product must be returned in perfect condition, unworn, in its entirety (boxes, accessories, covers, labels, booklets, etc.) and in its original packaging, accompanied by a copy of the receipt. We recommend you take all necessary precautions to ensure its protection. Any damaged, used, incomplete or soiled product will not be eligible for a refund.
GIVENCHY does not offer exchanges.
Please follow the returns procedures below in order to return your products to us free of charge.
Terms and fees of return are provided by GIVENCHY.
Declare your return Online:
1. Go to the “Sign in” section of the Givenchy.com website.
2. Sign in using your “Member” ID and password or the “Verify the order” fields.
3. Once you're signed in, go to your order and click on “Request return.”
4. Select the product(s) to be returned and indicate the reason for return.
5. Confirm/Create your request for a return. You will receive a confirmation email with your return number.
Return your items with DHL or in store:
1. Place the items you wish to return as well as your delivery receipt inside the box in which you received your order.
2. Make sure the RETURN NOTE is included inside the package.
3. Sign and place the return label on the outside of the package.
4. Please ensure that you provide DHL with ALL documentations regarding the commercial return invoice.
5. Once your package is prepared, you can schedule a pickup with our dedicated carrier DHL.
To return your package with DHL:
Print the return label which was sent by email when the return was requested online and place the label outside of the package.
Contact the carrier DHL Express and schedule an appointment for pick up directly online: https://mydhl.express.dhl/ on the section “get started now”, “schedule a pickup” and follow the instructions.
To return your package in Store:
Drop it off at your convenience in our New Bond Street Givenchy Store, 165 New Bond St, London W1S 4AR UK.
At the store, present your ID. If you designated a third person to make a return, he/she must provide his/her own ID.
After a preliminary check of the product returned in store, a store consultant will provide you with a document acknowledging the return of your item(s) or an automated email will be sent to your email address. Keep this document accessible until you receive an email confirming your refund.
When you return a product to a Givenchy store, please note that the refund will not be made on site immdiately. The refund will ONLY be initiated when it is received and approved by our warehouse after sales team.

Cost of returns

Terms of refund
In case of return, the refund will take place within a maximum period of 14 days of receiving and approving the return.
Refunds are possible only for Online orders.
A confirmation email will be sent to you. The refund will then be made according to the same payment method and in the same currency as that used by the customer upon payment of his/her order.
Mode of refund: Refunds will be made via the credit card used for payment. For security reasons, we are not authorized to carry out the refund to another account or via a credit card other than that used for payment of the order.
