Any contact with water, perfumes, cosmetic products, or other liquids can also have irreversible effects. If this happens, any excess liquid can be gently absorbed using an absorbent cloth by dabbing lightly.

- Vegetable-tanned leather, on the other hand, features natural hues. Over time, this leather will reveal its full beauty through its natural patina. Avoid contact with water, perfumes, cosmetics, or any liquid products. These chemicals can affect the quality and natural beauty of the material.

- Calf leather is particularly precious and delicate. It has undergone a specific tanning process to preserve the animal's hair. To maintain its beauty, avoid friction and any contact with abrasive materials.

- Exotic leather is one of the most delicate materials, requiring special and tailored care. It should be protected from moisture and any liquid or cream splashes, as these can permanently stain your precious product.

Only authentic Givenchy products purchased on our Givenchy.com website, in one of our boutiques, or from an authorized Givenchy retailer, with an original invoice, will be eligible for this warranty.

Outside of this warranty and/or if your product shows signs of inappropriate use, Givenchy will do its best to offer you maintenance services at your expense.

To allow our teams to process your request as efficiently as possible, please gather the following information:

- The date and place of purchase.

- The serial number engraved on the back of the Givenchy leather tag inside your bag (for handbags), or the serial number stamped on the inside of your shoe .

- Several quality photographs of the item (front, back, soles of shoes, inside views, as well as a detailed view of the damaged area, if applicable).
