RETURN AND REFUND
Returns and Exchange Policy
You have the option to return or exchange, free of charge, any product ordered within 14 days of its date of receipt. We offer a one-time, even exchange per order.
The product must be returned in perfect condition, unworn, in its entirety (boxes, accessories, covers, labels, booklets, etc.) and in its original packaging, accompanied by a copy of the receipt. We recommend you take all necessary precautions to ensure its protection. Any damaged, used, incomplete or soiled product will not be eligible for a refund.
All in-store purchases must be returned in-store. In-store purchases can only be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days.
All online purchases that are returned or exchanged in-store will be shipped to our warehouse for processing of return or exchange. No refunds are issued on site.
Please follow the returns procedures below in order to return your products to us free of charge.
Terms and fees of return are provided by GIVENCHY. All returns must be notified to our Client Services Center to proceed with any return or exchange.
Declare your return Online:
1. Go to the “Sign in” section of the Givenchy.com website.
2. Sign in using your “Member” ID and password or the “Verify the order” fields.
3. Once you're signed in, go to your order and click on “Request return.”
4. Select the product(s) to be returned and indicate the reason for return.
5. Confirm/Create your request for a return. You will receive a confirmation email with your return number.
Return your items with UPS or in store:
1. Place the items you wish to return as well as your delivery receipt inside the box in which you received your order.
2. Once your package is prepared, you can schedule a pickup with our dedicated carrier UPS or bring back your Items in a selection of Givenchy stores.
To return your package with UPS:
1. Place the pre-printed return label provided with your order on the outside of the package.
2. Contact the carrier and schedule an appointment for pick up directly online: www.UPS.com on the section “shipping”, “schedule a collection”.
To return your package in Store:

At the store, present your ID. If you designated a third person to make a return, he/she must provide his/her own ID.
After a preliminary check of the product returned in store, a store consultant will provide you with a document acknowledging the return of your item(s). Keep this document until you receive an email confirming your refund.
When you return a product to a Givenchy store, please note that the refund will not be made on site.

Cost of returns

Terms of refund:
The quality check of your return will take place within 3 business days after receipt of the product(s) at our workshop.
Kindly note, the maximum period for your refund to be processed is 14 business days after receipt.
An email confirming the refund will be sent to you by email. Please allow 3 business days for your financial institution to reflect the refund to your account.
The refund will be made according to the original payment method and in the same currency as that used upon payment of the order.
Mode of refund:
Refunds will be made to the original credit card or original payment method (Klarna, PayPal, etc.). For security reasons, GIVENCHY is not authorized to carry out the refund to another account, a different credit card, or another method of payment other than that used originally for the order.
