Shipping and Orders

You have the option to return or exchange, free of charge, any product ordered within 14 days of its date of receipt. We offer a one-time, even exchange per order.
The product must be returned in perfect condition, unworn, in its entirety (boxes, accessories, covers, labels, booklets, etc.) and in its original packaging, accompanied by a copy of the receipt. We recommend you take all necessary precautions to ensure its protection. Any damaged, used, incomplete or soiled product will not be eligible for a refund.
All in-store purchases must be returned in-store. In-store purchases can only be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days.
All online purchases that are returned or exchanged in-store will be shipped to our warehouse for processing of return or exchange. No refunds are issued on site.
Please follow the returns procedures below in order to return your products to us free of charge.

Ground day - Free:
Delivery is estimated to arrive within 4-6 business days from the time that the customer receives a shipping confirmation email. This service is not available on holidays.
Order must be placed before 2:00 pm ET. Orders placed after 2:00 pm ET, on a week-end or on a holiday will be processed the following day.
Some orders may require an additional 24 hours to be validated and processed, which may delay delivery. Some locations in Alaska require also additional transit time.
All orders are shipped by UPS. UPS delivers between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm Monday to Friday. This service is offered by GIVENCHY free of charge.
2nd day Air Delivery:
Delivery is estimated to arrive in 2 business days from the time that the customer receives a shipping confirmation email. This service is not available on holidays.
Order must be placed before 2:00 pm ET. Orders placed after 2:00 pm ET, on a week-end or on a holiday will be processed the following business day.
Some orders may require an additional 24 hours to be validated and processed, which may delay delivery. Some locations in Alaska require also additional transit time.

Next day Air Delivery:
Delivery is estimated to arrive within 1-2 business days from the time that the customer receives a shipping confirmation email. This service is not available on holidays.

Some orders may require an additional 24 hours to be validated and processed, which may delay delivery. Some locations in Alaska require also additional transit time.

Saturday delivery:

Premium Delivery:
Same-day delivery between 6:30 pm and 9:00 pm, Monday through Saturday, only in NYC (Subject to postal code eligibility for this service) for any order placed before 2:00 pm ET Monday through Saturday. This service is not available on holidays.
Delivery cost is 25 USD.
Click & Collect:
Delivery from Monday through Friday in a selection of GIVENCHY stores for any order placed online or by phone. The stores available for this delivery service are:

Givenchy items are delivered everywhere in United States, with the exception of overseas departments and Puerto Rico.Givenchy does not deliver orders to P.O. boxes, hotels, university campuses or APO/FPO addresses. Orders to any of these destinations will not be processed. Delivery of items will take place upon full payment of the items ordered. Orders made from the website of a country different to that of the delivery address will not be processed.

GIVENCHY accepts the following payment methods for online purchases: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, CUP, Discover, Paypal, Apple pay. An authorization application will be sent to your bank. Please note that your billing address must be identical to the one listed on your credit card statement. At present, we do not accept gift cards.

All our products are delivered in GIVENCHY wrapping. Upon confirmation of your order, you will have the option to request gift wrapping; this service is offered free of charge.
Personalized message
We offer the option to include a personalized message when sending a gift order.
Please note that GIVENCHY reserves the right to withhold or refuse the acceptance of a product order accompanied by messages containing statements contrary to the law or morality.
Receipt and Price
The receipt (in PDF format) of your order on Givenchy.com will be sent electronically to your email address. This receipt, which we advise you to print and keep, will also be available by logging in to your Customer Account.
The price will be removed from the label of the products you ordered and the receipt will not be attached to your order at the time of shipment. You may receive a paper version of your receipt upon request from Customer Service. This request, accompanied by your proof of identity, must be sent within 12 months from the issue of the receipt received by email.

What is Klarna?
Klarna is an alternate payment method that allows you to split your purchase into 4 interest-free payments. To use Klarna to pay for your purchase, choose Klarna in the checkout. Your purchase will be split into 4 interest-free payments. The first payment will be taken from your credit or debit card when your order is shipped. The remaining three payments will be automatically charged to your card 14, 28, and 42 days later.
How do I sign up?
If your basket is eligible for 4 interest-free payments with Klarna, you will be able to select Klarna as a payment method during checkout. After your order is shipped, you will be charged for the first quarter of the total amount. Klarna will send a notification once the payment has been processed. You will be informed ahead of time before the next payments.
What are the conditions to sign up?
To sign up, you will need :
1. A US-issued debit or credit card
2. To be 18 years of age or over
3. An SMS-capable phone number
4. A US residential address
Has Klarna received my payment?

Will I still be charged if my order is cancelled?
Cancellations are subject to our cancellation policy. To cancel your order, please contact us. Once we have confirmed the cancellation, Klarna will update your payments accordingly and you can check the status of your payments anytime via Klarna’s site or in your Klarna app. Refund processing times vary and can take up to 14 days depending on your financial institution. To check the status of your refund, please confirm first we have updated your payments accordingly and check if you might have already been refunded to your original payment method. If 14 days have passed since the issue of credit and you are still missing your refund, please contact Klarna for further support.
Can I pay before the due date?
Yes. If you want to pay the outstanding balance of your purchase early, simply log in at the top of the page, go to the order page, and select “Pay off early”.
What if I return or cancel my order?
If you have paid for your order with a card, the refund will be made to the same card. Returned or cancelled orders should first be registered with the online store. The refund will be processed within the next 14 days of the online store logging the returned or cancelled order.
What happens to my statement, when I've returned the goods?
Once we have received the return (partial or full) and you have received their confirmation of this, an updated statement with an adjusted payment schedule will be sent to you by Klarna if you’ve made a partial return. With a full return, we shall refund any payments collected and cancel any future scheduled payments. You are always able to monitor the status of your order in the Klarna app.
My email address is not correct. How can I change it?
You can live chat with Klarna’s customer service agents 24/7 to request that your contact details be updated. Please quote your statement number if you have received a statement by post.
What happens if I don’t pay for my order?
Klarna will automatically attempt to collect payment for your payments purchase from the card that you entered at checkout. You can find out when your payments will be collected in the email that you received at the time of purchase or by logging into your Klarna account. If the automatic payment fails, Klarna will try again after 7 days. If this payment also fails, Klarna will make another attempt after a further 7 days (14 days after the date of the first attempt). Your credit score will not be impacted by using Klarna’s payments product even if you have failed to pay on time.
